The location is excellent, being directly across the road from the hospitals. It is close to John Fawkner private hospital where my son went on Tuesday. it is close to the Royal Children's Hospital.
The customer service on the phone and email could be improved, as it is unclear if you have reached the business.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient, with the tram right on our doorstep and the Royal Melb hospital just a stone's throw away. It made it easy for us to get around and explore the city's attractions. The service we received from the staff was outstanding, especially Gorvett, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well-designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the great views of the city. The amenities, such as the laundry and kitchen facilities, were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends. The location, service, and amenities provided exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the Royal Children's Hospital. The view from the room was fine, especially at night. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and had modern and functional furniture and decor. The pool, spa, and BBQ area were lovely additions.
